The True Mfg. TRCB-79-HC refrigerated chef base positions cold ingredients right at the cooking line. This 79-1/4 inch base features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge. Four drawers accommodate (2) 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (pans not included). The durable cabinet combines a stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum back, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Refrigeration is powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system. Maneuverability is built in with 4 inch casters. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 8.8 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed. Made in USA.
