The True TRCB-48-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated chef base helps streamline workflow by placing cold storage directly under a seamless work surface. SPEC Package 3 features a 48-3/8″ wide, one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, paired with two locking drawers for organized access on the line. Each drawer accommodates two 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included). A stainless steel front, sides, back, and interior support easy cleaning and a professional presentation, while 4″ castors allow quick repositioning for service or sanitation. Refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon with a 1/4 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1 at 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE, and made in the USA, this base provides cold storage at the point of production.
