Battery spark ignition on the oven and a standing pilot keep you moving during peak service. A cabinet base consolidates storage at the cookline.
Sear proteins over pyromax burners, simmer sauces on the front burners, and handle griddle work while roasts and baked items finish in the convection oven using the included racks. The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares within reach to tighten workflow. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use.
