Move seamlessly from pan work to the 36-inch right-side thermostatic griddle, then finish in the dual convection ovens to keep tickets moving during peak service.

Put the (2) front star/sauté burners and (2) rear non-clog burners to work for sauces, sears, and stockpots, while the standing pilot keeps stations ready between turns. The convection ovens with battery spark ignition deliver reliable starts and even results for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing casseroles, with three racks in each cavity for flexible loading.

Built for the line, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf adds staging space, and 260,000 BTU of gas power supports demanding production.
