Manual controls pair with a snap action thermostat for precise, repeatable results across stations. Total input of 155,000 BTU supports demanding, high-volume workflows.
Sear and sauté in pans on the open burners while running breakfast, burgers, or quesadillas on the griddle. Bake, roast, or finish trays in the convection oven as tickets flow, and stage plates or smallwares on the removable shelf and 4-inch front rail.
Speed cleanup and service with removable cast iron grates, (2) crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel. A stainless steel front and sides and 6-inch adjustable legs deliver a durable, level installation, while the cabinet base keeps essentials organized and close at hand.
