The Southbend 4603AD-3TL is a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered for high-volume kitchens. Four star/sauté burners pair with a left-side 36-inch thermostatic griddle to synchronize sauté, sear, and breakfast production on a compact footprint.
Operate multiple methods simultaneously with a standard oven and a convection oven, both lit by battery spark ignition. Use the convection cavity for fast, even roasting while the standard oven handles baking, finishing, and holding during peak service.
Stainless steel front and sides clean quickly, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit for seamless lineups. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans, spices, or plating essentials within reach. Deliver up to 273,000 BTU of output with four included oven racks, and note that this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
