One full tank holds 32 lb of oil and the other 42 lb, letting you dedicate vats to different menu items while optimizing oil use. This gas fryer system is built to keep up with high-volume service and tight production windows.
Speed workflows with computer controls and a push-button top-off that simplifies oil management between rushes. The built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System encourages frequent filtration without leaving the line, while a fresh oil jug holder with low jug indicator helps you plan replenishment. Use one vat for fries and the other for breaded proteins or specialty items to maintain quality and reduce flavor transfer.
A stainless steel tank, front, door, and sides stand up to daily cleaning and back-of-house demands. Independent heating outputs of 72,500 BTU and 80,000 BTU deliver robust performance for recovery during peak periods.
