A 2-speed fan with pulse capability promotes even results, whether you’re roasting vegetables, baking sheet pans, or retherming menu items.
Built with a 430 stainless steel interior and exterior, this range stands up to daily wear and cleans down quickly. A 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back adds practical ventilation, while 4-inch casters make repositioning for service or layout changes straightforward.
