Twelve open burners paired with two convection ovens equip busy lines to sear, sauté, simmer, roast, and bake without compromise. Built with stainless steel where it counts, this unit is ready for daily commercial use.
The dual-level layout—six open burners and six step-up open burners—helps organize stations and prioritize pans, from fast sautéing up front to sauces and stocks on the rear tier. Standing pilot lights keep burners ready on demand, reducing wait times during peak service.
Two convection ovens with 1/2 HP blower motors per cavity move product efficiently from prep to plate. Porcelain interiors and three chrome racks per oven support consistent results and quick changeovers, while a 3-1/2″ landing ledge and stainless kick plate enhance plating and protection. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling and cleaning, and round stainless chef’s handles deliver confident control.
