The Imperial Range IFSCB550C is a high-output gas battery fryer built for peak-period throughput and consistency. Five separate 50 lb frypots deliver a combined 700,000 BTU to power rapid recovery and back-to-back cook cycles in busy commercial kitchens. It’s a smart fit for chain restaurants, campuses, and high-volume venues that need reliable speed and uniform results.
Dial in repeatable quality with computer controls that program time and temperature for each frypot. A built-in drain station, food warmer, and dump pan streamline staging and transfer, helping crews move product efficiently from fryer to pass.
The integrated filtration system uses a 5.5 GPM roller pump (1/3 HP) to circulate and filter oil quickly, helping maintain oil quality between changes. Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet simplify cleanup and stand up to daily use. Casters make it easy to reposition for cleaning or service without disrupting workflow.
