The Serv-Ware SGR-2B-24G is a 36″ natural gas restaurant range that combines two 30,000 BTU open burners with a 24″ griddle and a 31,000 BTU oven. Simultaneously sear in pans, grill on the plate, and bake below to keep tickets moving. A U-shaped oven burner helps promote even heat for consistent finishes on roasted proteins and sheet-pan sides.
Streamline line work with a back riser shelf that stages pans, oils, and spices within reach. Removable heavy-duty cast grates handle stock pots and lift cleanly for fast wipe-downs. A pull-out crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
Built for daily service, the range features a stainless steel front and back riser with galvanized sides and 6″ adjustable legs for easy leveling. A stainless steel pilot supports dependable ignition on the cooktop. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it ships with an LP conversion kit for fuel flexibility.
