Chefs can sear proteins, reduce sauces, and grill on the griddle while baking or finishing in the ovens—all on a single platform.
Thermostatic controls on the griddle and snap action thermostats on the ovens promote consistent results service after service. With a total of 286,000 BTU, this range supports high-throughput sautéing, batch cooking, and all-day breakfast programs without slowing the line.
Designed for durability and easy upkeep, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus removable cast iron grates. Two crumb drawers and a hinged lower valve panel simplify cleaning and service, while the 4″ front rail and 6″ adjustable legs support safe, ergonomic workflows valued by foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
