A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf helps stage pans and platters, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf endure daily cleanings. Six-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors, and 314,000 BTU of total output powers through peak service. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
