Dual ovens expand capacity and versatility—one standard oven for everyday roasting and baking, and one convection oven for fast, even results. Battery spark ignition on both ovens and a standing pilot on the top deliver dependable, ready-to-cook performance. Four racks accommodate multi-pan production during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space for pans and smallwares. With 323,000 BTU and cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications, this range supports efficient, compliant operations and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
