The Peerless CE231PESC double-stacked electric pizza oven supports high-volume production with stone-hearth baking. Each oven accommodates up to twenty-four 9-inch or six 18-inch pies, ideal for rush periods, banquet prep, and make-to-order service.
Right-side digital controls let staff dial in temperatures from 300°F to 650°F and keep tickets moving. Load product on three 24″W x 19″D pizza stones per oven to stage batches for slices, whole pies, or par-baked crusts.
An aluminized steel interior and stainless steel front stand up to daily use, while adjustable legs help level the unit for smooth loading.
