Load up to four 12″ x 20″ pans per compartment to steam vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or retherm prepared items with consistent results. Preheated incoming water and an auto water system sustain steam recovery between door openings to keep service on schedule. Simple manual controls make training and shift-to-shift handoffs straightforward.
Built for daily volume, the SIRIUS II-8 features a stainless steel exterior and aluminum cast cooking compartments. A clean water reservoir system helps maintain steam quality throughout long service periods. Adjustable 6–9″ legs aid leveling and improve under-unit access.
