This electric steamer holds (6) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ deep pans and is operated via digital controls. Water and drain connection needs plumbed to integrate with your facility. The unit draws 12kW at 440/60/3ph and ships with a cord and NEMA L15-30P. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ENERGY STAR certified, and Made in USA. For streamlined installation and service positioning, the package includes a stand in the configuration of your choice.
