Its two-compartment configuration helps teams stage production, separate menus, and turn batches quickly on a compact 36″ cabinet base. Durable 304 stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel liner support rigorous daily use and fast cleanup.
Load up to (8) 12″ x 20″ pans per compartment to steam vegetables, grains, dumplings, or seafood simultaneously without flavor transfer. Independent 60-minute timers per compartment help crews manage staggered cook cycles during peak service. Electronic ignition accelerates start-up while automatic blowdown simplifies end-of-day routine.
Removable pan supports and a drip trough streamline sanitation between turns, while 6″ legs with adjustable flanged feet aid stable installation. A factory-included water filter system supports steam quality, and the CSD-1 code package, along with CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings, aligns with safety and compliance standards.
