A 3″ grease trough plus removable grease pan and crumb tray help maintain a clean, safe station throughout service.
The oven’s porcelain interior and included chrome rack support daily roasting, finishing, or baking. Durable stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf pair with a 3-1/2″ landing ledge and kick plate for efficient pan handling, while 6″ legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling. Total input of 287,000 BTU (84 kW) supports high-volume production.
