Two open burners, a full 48″ griddle, a standard oven, and an open cabinet base keep production tight and organized across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Stabilize sauces and stocks with the low simmer feature while cast iron grates carry heavy pans for high-heat tasks. The 3/4″ polished steel griddle plate delivers uniform results for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and quesadillas, and its 3″ grease trough with removable grease can and crumb tray helps expedite cleanup between turns.
Finish roasts, sides, and sheet-pan bakes in the porcelain-interior standard oven with the included chrome rack. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf stand up to daily use, while the 3-1/2″ landing ledge supports plating and garnishing.
