The 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate handles breakfast rushes and burger sears, while a 3-inch trough and removable grease can simplify cleanup. Low-simmer burners with cast iron grates support delicate sauces and heavy stockpots. Inside the convection oven, a 1/2 HP blower and porcelain interior work with three chrome racks for sheet pans or roasting pans.
An open cabinet base with bottom shelf stages utensils and pans for faster changeovers. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf present a clean, durable face to the line, with a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge ready for plating. Adjustable 6-inch legs aid leveling, and the 174,000 BTU (51 kW) output keeps pace during peak periods.
