Two convection ovens with 1/2 HP blower motors per cavity handle roasting, baking, and finishing at volume. Porcelain interiors and three chrome racks in each oven support sheet pans, hotel pans, and roasting trays for versatile production. Set one oven for proteins while the other bakes sides to streamline your cook-and-hold workflow.
A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf stand up to daily use, while the 3-1/2″ landing ledge and kick plate support active plating on the line.
