Description
This Spec Series Heavy Duty 36 inch gas model features a plancha top paired with a convection oven. The cooking surface uses a 1/2 inch thick steel plate for plancha applications, supported by a 5 inch deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate.
The oven includes a 1/2 HP blower motor, a porcelain interior, and three chrome racks. Construction highlights include stainless steel front and sides and 6 inch legs with adjustable feet. Total output is 65,000 BTU (19 kW), and the unit holds cETLus and NSF listings.
