The FWE TST-7 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding in commercial kitchens with a slim-line profile and stainless steel durability. A forced-air heating system circulates heat evenly, while an adjustable thermostat and recessed controls help dial in serving temperatures. An insulated, flush-mounted door retains heat between stops.
Load (5) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (5) 12″ x 20″ pans to stage batches for banquets, tray lines, or off-site service. Operators can reconfigure the (5) pairs of tray slides from 4.5″ on-center to 1.5″ increments as menus change. This flexibility keeps workflows moving during peak periods.
Navigate kitchens, corridors, and elevators with push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5″ casters with brakes. The compact cabinet fits narrow aisles yet protects product during transport. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 designations support demanding foodservice environments.
