Configure for the day’s menu using 11 pairs of tray slides that accept either 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or 12″ x 20″ pans. The 4-1/2″ on-center spacing adjusts in 1-1/2″ increments to fit entrees, sides, and covered hotel pans.

Move confidently from prep to pass with recessed controls, an insulated flush-mounted door, push bar handles, and a wraparound bumper. Durable stainless steel construction and 5″ casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) support smooth, safe maneuvering during banquets, catering, or room service.
