Each 24,000 BTU burner sits beneath a 12″ square cast iron grate for stable pan support and even heat transfer. The 3/4″ thick manual-control griddle retains heat for consistent caramelization on pancakes, burgers, and vegetables throughout service.
Two extra wide 31″ ovens with enamel bottoms and door linings support reliable baking and easy cleanup, with one rack included in each cavity. A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, high shelf, and 6″ stainless steel legs provide durable, professional presentation, while the 2″ clearance rating and NSF, cETLus compliance fit common installation and safety needs.
