Maximize throughput with the Bakers Pride P46S HearthBake electric countertop pizza oven. Two independent baking chambers streamline production, with two decks up top for pizzas, pretzels, and flatbreads and a taller lower chamber for roasting and general baking. Operators can stage items simultaneously without tying up the main line.
Set precise temperatures: 284–680°F in the upper chamber and 140–550°F below. Independently controlled incoloy elements and cordierite decks let you bake directly on the deck, on screens, or in pans for the results you want. Time bakes with a 15-minute upper timer and a 60-minute lower timer, both with alarms to keep service moving.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior and fully welded aluminized baking chamber stand up to high heat and heavy use. The compact countertop footprint fits tight kitchens in pizzerias, bakeries, cafés, and commissaries.
