Built for commercial environments, it supports high-volume workflows in cafeterias, kiosks, hotels, and satellite kitchens.
Grill breakfast staples, burgers, and sandwiches on the 22″ x 18″ griddle while simultaneously baking, roasting, or reheating in the convection oven. Solid-state controls, a two-speed fan, and five heavy-duty racks help teams pace production and standardize results across shifts.
A four-stage filtration system minimizes grease, smoke, and odors to maintain a cleaner workspace. Safety is reinforced with an ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system and an interlock that disables heat if filters are missing or clogged; maintain performance with the required Pre-filter (22618) and HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619).
