Cook multiple menu items at once with four 9″ French plates featuring independent, infinite heat controls for precise sautéing, simmering, and searing. The integrated convection oven accelerates batch baking and roasting with solid-state programmable controls, a two-speed fan, and five heavy-duty racks for flexible loading.
A four-stage filtration system removes grease, smoke, and odors, while an integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system and interlock help protect staff and facilities. Front legs and rear casters aid placement and service access, and routine maintenance is straightforward with (1) Pre-filter (22618) and (1) HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619) replacements.
