Built for prep efficiency, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-16-N super deluxe two-section sandwich/salad unit provides 16.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a stainless steel construction. Its stainless steel top features a 16-pan opening, paired with an insulated pan cover and a 17″ deep cutting board. The unit includes a cold air compartment and a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles lead to a stainless steel interior with ABS door liners and (2) stainless steel wire shelving. A self-cleaning condenser and a hot gas condensate system are equipped. Electrical: 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps, NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
