The True Mfg. TRCB-110-HC refrigerated chef base combines cold storage and a durable work surface to streamline busy back-of-house workflows. This 110-inch base features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge, providing a sturdy platform above six refrigerated drawers. The drawers accommodate two 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included), keeping key ingredients organized and within reach. Built for daily use, the cabinet pairs stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum back, while the aluminum interior is reinforced by a stainless steel floor. Easy maneuverability comes from 4″ castors. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor, operating on 115v/60/1 power at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
