Description
This Southbend 4242E is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has four non-clog burners with wavy, removable grates. The grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and its rear burners can hold up to a 14″ stock pot. The standing pilot is available for open top burners and it has a factory installed regulator.
This 4242E has a primarily stainless steel construction. Its front rail, front, and sides are all made from this sanitary and long-lasting material. It has 6″ legs, adjustable for ideal height and easy leveling.
This Gas Range has a Space Saver Oven Base. Using 45,000 BTUs of power, it can heat at temperatures between 175°F and 550°F. Its interior is made from porcelain enamel, simplifying the cleaning process. It includes a single rack and has two possible rack positions.
