The New NU-VU QB-5/10 features our patented V-AIR® system. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the oven cavity thus eliminating the need to turn pans. The proofer now features a Autofill/Manual Fill design. Allowing the operator to operate by filling the pan or connecting a water line and allowing the pan to fill itself. Simple to operate, easy to maintain, and yet designed for endless production capability.
