Description
The Nu-Vu PRO-16 is a durable and simple-to-use Mobile Proofer Cabinet. The PRO Series has a bottom-mounted manually filled water pan and a fan to provide uniform distribution of heat and humidity. It has a welded stainless steel construction with an aluminum interior. The casters have a heavy-duty design, making this PRO-16 ideal for transporting products. It has a full-view glass door, allowing operators to see the progress of products without needing to open the door. The door has silicone rubber gaskets. This Proofer Cabinet has a manual fill water pan and separate heat and humidity controls. It has a capacity of sixteen 18″x26″ sheet pans.
