The Imperial Range IR-10-EW-CC is a pro series electric, 60-inch restaurant range that combines a solid top with (10) wafer elements and (2) convection ovens. This configuration allows chefs and operators to manage sautéing, searing, and baking at the same time on a single platform.
Dial in output with infinite heat controls, organize bakes with (3) chrome racks per oven, and rely on porcelain oven interiors for a professional finish. The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate present a uniform workspace, while 6-inch legs with adjustable feet support placement. Each oven is powered by a 1/4 HP motor, and the unit carries cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE listings for broad applicability.
