Its slim-line profile navigates tight back-of-house corridors while a forced-air heating system and insulated, flush-mounted door help maintain even temperatures. Recessed controls and an adjustable thermostat make it easy to fine-tune holding for different menus and service windows.
Ideal for banquets, cafeterias, hotels, and catering, the cabinet includes six pairs of tray slides to hold six 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or six 12″ x 20″ pans. Slides are 4-1/2″ on center and adjust in 1-1/2″ increments to accommodate various pan depths and packaging. Push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5″ casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) streamline transport while protecting walls and equipment.
