Streamline holding and service with the FWE MTU-5-5 heated mobile cabinet. Its split-cavity design lets you stage different menus or courses simultaneously, keeping workflows organized for busy prep lines and banquets.
Each cavity includes (5) pair universal tray slides, accommodating (5) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (10) 12″ x 20″ pans per compartment on 4-1/2″ centers. Slides adjust on 1-1/2″ increments to fit mixed pan depths and plating heights.
Electronic controls and a moisture-temp system with a removable water reservoir help manage heat and humidity for banquets, room service, or off-site catering. Insulated stainless steel construction, (2) dutch doors, and 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—support quick access and smooth mobility across kitchens and corridors.
