The Crown Steam ECX-2-24 is an electric, two-compartment convection steamer engineered for high-throughput, professional kitchens. Each compartment holds three 12″ x 20″ pans, enabling teams to stage vegetables, proteins, grains, or sides on independent schedules to keep service moving.
Drive consistency with 60-minute timers per compartment that support batch prep and à la minute finishing. Maintain workflow with automatic blowdown, while removable pan supports and a drip trough accelerate cleanup and quick changeovers between menu sets.
Built for durability, the unit features a 316 stainless steel interior and a 304 stainless steel exterior. A 24″ cabinet base with 6″ legs and adjustable flanged feet promotes a stable, secure installation. The included water filter system and CSD-1 code package, along with cCSAus and NSF listings, make it ready for demanding foodservice environments.
