The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-2 accelerates prep on busy lines by pairing expansive cold storage with a full-length work surface. This three-section, 72-inch mega top sandwich / salad prep table lets chefs stage ingredients at arm’s reach to reduce steps and speed service. Two doors and two drawers keep backups and high-turn toppings organized and accessible.
Outfit the top with up to eighteen 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top also accepts 6-inch-deep pans for larger portions. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board spans the width, creating a sturdy platform for assembling subs, entrée salads, and bowls. Four interior shelves help segment mise en place by station or daypart.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP compressor for dependable cold holding and simple installation. A stainless steel exterior with galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning. UL, cUL
