The SPE60HC-24M-DS Elite Series™ Dual Side Mega Top from Beverage Air is a dual-sided prep table with two refrigerated reach-in sections. The worktop features two separate cold storage areas each with 12 ⅙ pans which are accessible to users from either side. The side with access to the reach-in refrigerators has a 12” deep cutting board and the opposite side has a 12” deep one, both are removable for cleaning and run the full width of the workspace. The reach-in sections offer 16.02 cu. ft. of space and each section has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for organizing items.
The reach-in sections feature aluminum liners that are easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. The stainless steel doors are self-closing to make sure a cool 36º to 38ºF is maintained with as little power consumption as possible. When multiple items need to be moved in or out of the reach-in sections, the doors can be opened to 120˚ and they will automatically stay open. The doors feature snap-in gaskets that are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning.
Both sides of the unit provide access to the ingredients and condiments inside the refrigerated pan sections through separate lids. Sandwich and salad ingredients are kept nice and cool below 41°F with optimized airflow to maximize the shelf life of products.
The bottom-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a ⅓ HP compressor to efficiently provide 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The refrigeration system features full electronic control and an epoxy coated evaporator coil to maximize efficiency.
An eight-foot-long power cord comes prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect the prep table to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
