The SPE60HC-18M Elite Series™ Mega Top Refrigerated Counter from Beverage Air is a refrigerator and prep table rolled into one convenient station for prepping sandwiches or salads. This unit comes with a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area that holds eighteen ⅙ pans that are 4” deep. The refrigerators below the worktop offer a total of 16.02 cu. ft. of cool storage.
The worktop consists of a cutting board that runs the full width of the unit providing plenty of space to do prep work. The cutting board is easily removed for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not run the full width of the work area providing space for sauces and ingredients that don’t need refrigeration. The pans included with this refrigerated counter are made from durable, easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic.
The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop each have 2 epoxy-coated wire shelves to maximize the usable space while making organizing items much simpler. The interiors of these refrigerated sections are made from durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum which is easy to clean. Self-closing doors make sure that a temperature between 36º and 38ºF is easy to maintain as efficiently as possible. However, for convenience, the doors will remain open when opened to 120˚. The doors feature snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain.
The refrigeration system installed at the bottom of this refrigerated counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant which is hydrocarbon-based. An efficient ⅓ HP compressor providing 1549 BTU/hr of cooling makes sure everything stays nice and cool. For convenience, this unit has an automatic defrost system which is non-electric.
This unit ships from the factory with an 8′ power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
