Description
The Winco KFP-35 Paring Knife 3-1/2″ is great for peeling, slicing and chopping. This knife has an X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade that is extremely sharp and strong enough to handle years of use. As an added benefit it has a sharp pointed tip that penetrates into fruit and vegetable peels easily.
This knife is designed with a riveted POM injection molded handle that is comfortable to use for extended periods while its full tang construction offers the ultimate in control. In addition, this knife is NSF approved and simple to hone and sharpen which makes it an asset to any busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
