Its extruded aluminum body and tubular sheath heating element deliver even heat across a 14-inch by 25-1/2-inch footprint with base, helping you stage orders and finish plates with confidence. Use it on a pass-through shelf, at a carving station, or over a buffet line to maintain appetizing presentation.
A height-adjustable stand lets you set the heat at 17-1/2″, 20″, or 22-1/2″, so you can match intensity to product and pan depth. Shift quickly between batches or menu items while preserving texture and minimizing waste during peak service.
