The Vulcan VPT7 unlocks efficient hot-holding and service as a pass-thru heated mobile cabinet built for high-volume workflows. Accepting (7) 18″ x 26″ x 1″ sheet pans or (14) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans, it centralizes hot items between prep and the line. The pass-thru layout streamlines tray lines, banquets, and cook-serve transitions.
A forced-air blower circulates heat, while a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer helps staff monitor from ambient to 190°F. Five pairs of universal tray slides adjust on 1-1/2″ centers to match your preferred pan mix. Durable 20-gauge stainless steel inside and out withstands daily use and cleaning.
