It accommodates (15) 18″ x 26″ x 1″ pans or (30) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans to stage roasted proteins, vegetables, and sides. Pass-thru access speeds loading from prep while servers pull from the opposite side to keep lines moving.
