Designed to accommodate standard 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, this unit features heavy-duty 5″ swivel casters for smooth mobility and corner bumpers to protect surrounding equipment. The UL-approved clear polycarbonate door lifts off for easy cleaning, the removable control drawer simplifies maintenance, and accessible exterior controls with an easy-to-read LED thermometer provide operational efficiency, all backed by UL and NSF approval and 120-volt operation.
