The True TUC-93D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator streamlines high-volume prep with 93.25″ of undercounter cold storage. A front-breathing, side-mounted system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33–38°F (0.56–3.33°C) for proper cold holding while reducing environmental impact with 0 ozone depletion and lower global warming potential. Two stainless steel self-closing doors each include two adjustable shelves for flexible storage, and two stainless steel drawers hold two full-size 12″ x 20″ x 8″ pans per drawer (pans not included) to speed line changes. Built for heavy use, it features a stainless steel top and sides, an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for reliable temperature retention.
