Durable stainless steel top, sides, back, and interior stand up to daily use and wipe down easily.
Storage stays organized: a heavy-duty stainless steel door and two PVC coated adjustable wire shelves handle bulk ingredients, while two drawers accommodate two 12″ x 20″ x 8″ pans (not included) for ready-to-serve items. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/10 HP compressor deliver reliable refrigeration performance. The 115v/60/1 connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug fits standard outlets, simplifying installation.
