The 9.2 cu. ft., self-contained system chills up to 100 lb from 160°F to 40°F in 180 minutes. Four chill settings and a touch screen provide straightforward control, and a USB port is onboard. Flexible loading supports (5) 18″ x 26″ pans or (10) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans. Three removable food probes monitor product temperatures, while auto defrost keeps operation consistent. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior—sides, front, and bullnose top—add durability, and 6″ casters aid mobility. Using non-flammable R-448A refrigerant and a 3/4 HP, self-contained refrigeration package, this spec-line undercounter unit supports efficient workflows for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
