The Star 836MA features a 1″ thick highly polished steel griddle plate with a 5″ tapered stainless steel splash guard and a 3-1/2″ spatula wide front access grease trough. Ultra-Max manual griddles use manual control valves with a standing pilot light. It includes a 30,000 BTU aluminized steel burner for every 12″ of width. The cool to touch stainless steel bull nose provides a safe and comfortable work zone.
